Moderate Democrats running for governor in Virginia and New Jersey are promoting a message of tackling affordability, fixing health care, and expanding opportunity, and if they win, they could launch state-level Service Corps to provide citizens with the same benefits as soldiers, such as affordable housing, debt-free education and access to quality health care.
